Conveyor Belt Dryers

Optimal for larger parts, parts that cannot be used with drying media, or parts that cannot withstand impingement. The parts travel on a mesh belt through a hot air tunnel. Two heat system designs are available.

The first system the parts pass underneath a series of hairpin electric heating elements with a circulation fan keeping the inside heat even throughout. The second system uses an electric heat assembly and a large duct blower. The hot air is sent to a manifold above the parts.

With many different width and lengths available and standard variable frequency drives almost any drying requirement can be meet.
