Rotary Drum Dryers

Ideal for parts that are smaller or have small internal areas, tight threads or cavities. Also if drying media cannot be used due to dust contamination. This design heats the parts with hot dry air, using electric heat and a large duct blower. The parts move through a drum with auger flighting.

The drum diameter and length come in several different sizes. Also with standard variable frequency drives combined with different pitches (distance between auger flights) available the time cycle is variable.
