In-Line Finishers

With standard channel diameters of 18, 24, and 30”, large parts are not a problem. These machines are available in lengths from 8’ to 16’, which give process time ranges from 5 to 20 minutes.

Also with each machine is an external screener and media return system. This allows for a closed loop system with parts loading in one end of the cell and coming straight out of the other end.

The machine is used heavily in the die casting industry to deflash and deburr die-castings.
